Date: 09 March Offense: Arson Location: Papier Mache Willies' Tavern Offender: Unidentified Description: Observed inconsistencies with the burnt structure that suggest foul play as opposed to mishap. 1. No rubble is outside the structure despite volatile contents. 2. Burns within the structure indicate outside ignition source. 3. Floor remains largely intact and burn inconsistencies suggest subsequent fires were a result of damage after the structure lost integrity. The appropriate measures necessitate the following: Officers question persons traveling the streets of Atas about the night in question and attempt to identify foul play. A reward for information that leads to an arrest is initiated is posted. Anonymity for informants is granted. Investigation methods are specially granted for pursuit of offenders outside the walls in Atas. In accordance with the laws and rule that governs Atas'Cosita, Commander Valos |
