Character Information

Micha was formerly a resident of an ancient city known as Alsdier, spending her early life as the daughter of a farmer, though she hardly remembers much of that time. Alsdier was a city of mages, they represented the ruling class, and kept 'mundane' folk under their thumb, using them as cheap labor to build their magical devices and homes, and of course, as test subjects. Micha was one of many such subjects who were selected to be used for the 'greater good of the city', all turned into various constructs, usually kept as...pets for powerful mages. The process she underwent to become what she was now was brutal, stripping her soul from her original body and forever binding it to a body made of a material that would not age or change, and was far more durable than flesh and bone, all traits desirable by a man who simply wanted an eternal 'companion' that he didn't need to care for! For a time she was just that, her will kept locked away by the magic of her master, an obedient doll for him...though one day a great tragedy rocked the city of Alsdier, and started to turn the humans within into mindless, hollow creatures that sought to destroy each other in order to grasp at the remnants of their souls, to preserve their lucidity for even a day longer. When this curse reached her master, it quickly destroyed him, and his spell on Micha was broken! She escaped the city shortly afterword, after finding some suitable clothing and gear, and has since been wandering the roads of the world, seeking anyone who might be able to reverse her condition, but also just trying to make a living in any way she can.
